  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking an exceptional Senior M&A Associate or Counsel with 7+ years of experience in M&A transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. This is a unique opportunity to become a senior, core member of deal teams working on high-profile M&A transactions both in Los Angeles and globally. Our award-winning M&A practice spans diverse industries including entertainment, technology, fashion and apparel, beauty, gaming, retail, fintech, and life sciences.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and support complex M&A transactions and joint ventures.
    • Work directly with clients and deal teams across various industries.
    • Provide strategic legal advice in connection with corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional matters.
    • Take a central role in structuring, negotiating, and documenting deals.
    • Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to drive transactions forward.

     

    Qualifications:

    • At least 7 years of experience in M&A, joint ventures, and general corporate transactions.
    • Strong background in complex, cross-border M&A work, with experience in a variety of industries.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead significant deal teams and mentor junior attorneys.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across offices and practice areas.

     

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base salary starting at $420,000 annually, with the actual salary dependent on experience and other relevant factors.
