Responsibilities: • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions • Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks • Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs • Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution • Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects Qualifications: • Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must • Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years • Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary • Able to work independently while handling multiple files Compensation: $125,000 - $200,000
