• Engage directly with clients and manage projects on high-level antitrust cases.
• Assist in investigations, litigation, and compliance strategies related to competition law.
• Support Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act filings and regulatory compliance efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of antitrust experience, including counseling, investigations, or litigation.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• HSR Act filing experience is strongly preferred.
• Government agency experience is a plus.
