    Our law firm is looking for an attorney who is ready to represent our existing client base. The ideal candidate will work closely with the firm’s clients, administrative staff, and senior partners. Responsibilities: • Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome • Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution • Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings • Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions • Provide legal counsel and analyze client needs to identify solutions and determine case strategies; • Manage case managers and legal assistants in connection with keeping track of case progression; • Draft correspondence and review demands; • Message us your favorite ice cream flavor after applying; • Negotiate the best outcome for clients; • Perform legal research. Qualifications: • Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus • Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must • Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a law firm environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction; • Prior experience working for a plaintiff personal injury law firm for a minimum of 2 years required ; • Prior experience negotiating personal injury claims required; • Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must; • Must be able to understand medical records and medical treatment; • Must understand the nuances in commercial cases; • Must be able to do legal research for complex issues; • Must be able to handle a docket with minimal supervision; • Must be able to effectively manage a team of legal assistants. Compensation: $110,000+ and bonus eligible
