We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional research and writing abilities, a strong commitment to client advocacy, and the ability to manage a demanding caseload effectively. Working collaboratively with senior partners and staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic legal solutions to our diverse and expanding client base. Responsibilities: • Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings • Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks • Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks • Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution • Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action Qualifications: • Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required • Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis) • Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role • Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
