We are seeking a team-oriented associate to join our Business group in the Indianapolis office.

Candidate Parameters:

• The ideal candidate will have at least three years of broad experience, with significant exposure to data privacy issues, corporate transactions, and biotech.
• A general IP background is preferred.
• The candidate should have experience in drafting and negotiating complex intellectual property and information technology agreements, including license agreements, outsourcing agreements, managed services agreements, artificial intelligence agreements, professional services agreements, data privacy agreements, and AdTech agreements.
