We are seeking a highly motivated Business Litigation Associate to join our San Diego office. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of significant litigation experience, including complex commercial litigation, and the ability to manage high-level assignments while overseeing junior associates and staff. This role offers an opportunity to work on challenging cases, including technology litigation and class action defense, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from start to finish.
• Draft pleadings, handle discovery, and assist in case strategy.
• Oversee junior associates and professional staff while maintaining quality work products.
• Handle a variety of high-level assignments while multi-tasking effectively.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of litigation experience, with a solid background in commercial litigation.
• Experience practicing in a comparable law firm’s Litigation Department.
• Strong project management skills and ability to supervise junior associates and staff.
• High academic achievement from a reputable law school.
• Current admission to the California Bar is required.
• Experience in technology litigation, class action defense, and company v. company disputes is preferred but not required.
