We are seeking a highly motivated midlevel Business Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in complex business litigation to join our Seattle office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, strong written and oral advocacy skills, and experience managing large, sophisticated litigation matters. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required. At least two years of litigation experience at a law firm is required.

Compensation:

• Annual base salary: $260,000 to $365,000, depending on experience. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, paid holidays, personal medical and parental leave, and family care benefits).
