Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an active caseload autonomously from start to resolution.
• Conduct and defend depositions involving parties and experts.
• Draft, prepare, and argue motions for summary judgment.
• Lead and oversee jury and bench trials in state and federal courts.
• Handle motion and discovery practice and engage in appellate practice.
• Foster consistent, professional communication with clients throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications:

• A California bar license is required.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in public entity defense litigation is a plus.
• Trial experience is a plus.
