Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 with total earnings of $300K+
• Bonus Structure:
• 20% origination bonus
• Smaller subjective bonus for leadership, teamwork, positive attitude, and client management
• Billable Requirement: 1600 hours
• Additional Earnings Potential:
• $90 per billed hour over 1575 hours (up to 75 hours)
• $115 per billed hour for every hour over 1650
