We are looking for a Class Action Post-Settlement Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the post-settlement phase of class action lawsuits. This includesensuring compliance with settlement agreements, effectively communicating with class members, and overseeing the overall settlement process. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of class action settlement agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
• Collaborate with settlement administrators to monitor and facilitate the settlement process.
• Address any issues that arise during settlement distribution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for class members, providing updates and responding to inquiries.
• Resolve any issues related to the settlement process in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements during the post-settlement phase.
• Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders on the status and outcomes of settlements.
• Maintain organized records of all settlement-related documents, correspondence, and communications.
• Ensure accurate and secure storage of settlement materials.
• Manage any disputes or challenges that arise during the settlement process.
• Work toward fair and efficient resolutions that support the integrity of the settlement agreement.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in class action litigation, with a focus on post-settlement administration.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong knowledge of class action procedures and settlement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in legal research and document management.
