Litigation Associate

We are seeking an associate with at least three (3) years of complex commercial litigation experience, preferably in business and partnership disputes, construction law, employment law, land use, real estate disputes, and/or breach of fiduciary duty claims.

Candidates must have strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills and a genuine appetite/interest for business development and networking. Experience with drafting pleadings, arguing motions in court, responding to and propounding discovery including ESI, and taking and defending depositions is desired.
