Key Responsibilities:

• Represent sophisticated commercial clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including:
• Purchasing and selling commercial properties
• Real estate development
• Financing transactions (representing both lenders and borrowers)
• Commercial leasing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
• Participate actively in business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys across various practice areas.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of comprehensive commercial real estate experience.
• Strong background working with real estate investment trusts, developers, syndicators, high-net-worth individuals, brokerage firms, and property management companies.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactions with confidence and independence.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• A moderate book of business is preferred but not required.
