    Join a Global Operations Team making a real impact! As aConflicts Attorney, you’ll play a critical role in reviewing and analyzing complex conflicts of interest for new business, legal hires, and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Department Director, Managers, attorneys, and the Ethics Advisory Committee to resolve potential conflicts while maintaining the firm's standards of professional responsibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conflict Analysis: Analyze complex conflict reports related to new business, legal hires, and marketing initiatives, identifying potential conflicts of interest.
    • Conflict Resolution: Work with attorneys and management to resolve conflicts, guiding them in drafting engagement and waiver letters.
    • Team Support & Training: Guide Conflicts Specialists and assist in training on conflict research and corporate family tree analysis.
    • Research & Compliance: Stay up-to-date on jurisdictional conflict rules and ensure adherence to ethical guidelines.
    • System Support: Assist with conflict software customization and maintain knowledge of trends and technologies affecting conflict operations.
    • Ethical Walls: Implement ethical walls when necessary to resolve conflicts of interest.
    • Support Coverage: Participate in weekend on-call rotation for conflict checking and analysis.

    Compensation:

    • Boston: $115,800 - $173,700
    • Los Angeles: $121,600 - $182,400
    • New York: $121,600 - $182,400
    • San Francisco: $129,700 - $194,500

    Candidate Parameters:

    • Experience: At least 2+ years in conflicts or 2-5 years of legal practice experience.
    • Skills: Strong research, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency with conflict-checking software (InTapp is a plus).
    • Qualifications: JD degree required. Experience in a law firm setting and with automated systems for conflicts preferred.

    $108,800-$182,400 per year
