Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve conflicts of interest for new legal personnel and new business intake.
- Collaborate with the Director of Conflict Services and General Counsel’s Office to clear and approve conflicts.
- Draft and maintain conflict waivers and review Outside Counsel Guidelines for compliance.
- Assist in implementing Ethical Walls and training conflicts personnel on Model Rules of Professional Conduct.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to a state bar in good standing.
- 2+ years of conflicts resolution experience in a major law firm or financial institution.
- Expertise in the Model Rules of Professional Conduct and complex transactional conflicts analysis.
