Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve conflicts of interest for new legal personnel and new business intake.
• Collaborate with the Director of Conflict Services and General Counsel’s Office to clear and approve conflicts.
• Draft and maintain conflict waivers and review Outside Counsel Guidelines for compliance.
• Assist in implementing Ethical Walls and training conflicts personnel on Model Rules of Professional Conduct.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to a state bar in good standing.
