Key Qualifications:

• Experience with construction contracts and disputes.
• Strong civil litigation background.
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Ability to manage document discovery efficiently.
• Experience with depositions, arguing motions, and preparing for mediations, trials, and arbitrations is a plus.
• Admission to the California Bar is required.
