About the Position:

• We are seeking a candidate who is proactive, hardworking, a team player, and down-to-earth.
• 2+ years of Construction experience required.
• Responsibilities include drafting contracts, managing litigation, and counseling clients to minimize disputes.

Compensation:

• Up to $205,000 (based on experience)
• Bonus eligible
