A leading law firm is seeking a team-oriented Corporate Attorney with at least 4 years of M&A experience to join its high-growth, M&A-adjacent practice. This hybrid role provides the opportunity to work on Tier 1 Private Equity M&A deals while also leading transactions involving representations & warranties insurance (RWI) underwriting.

Candidate Parameters

• 4+ years of M&A experience, preferably in private equity buy-side counsel
• Experience leading due diligence teams & negotiating transactions
• Familiarity with RWI in M&A transactions
• Strong collaboration skills & technology proficiency (Teams, Office 365)
• Growth mindset for business development & leadership

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $175,000 – $330,000
