A leading global law firm seeking an M&A Resource Attorney to support our M&A practice group. This role is designed for a highly organized attorney with extensive experience in M&A transactions, who will focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Database Management: Input deal terms into the Transaction Database and ensure it is maintained accurately.
- Form and Precedent Management: Draft and revise M&A document templates; organize forms and precedents.
- Legal Updates: Monitor M&A-related legal and regulatory changes, providing summaries and updates.
- Legal Education: Coordinate with the legal education team to develop training content for associates.
- Marketing/Business Development: Assist in creating content for marketing materials, pitches, and presentations.
- Attorney Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to attorneys with precedent and template requests.
Qualifications
- Licensed attorney with at least 7 years of experience in US M&A corporate/transactional law.
- Strong knowledge of public and private M&A, corporate governance, and market trends.
- Excellent drafting, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.
- Flexibility to support evolving initiatives as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual pay range: $275,000 - $335,000 (dependent on experience and location).
