As an Associate, you will handle new entity formation, negotiation, and documentation of essential business arrangements, advise clients in critical day-to-day legal decisions, and represent clients in merger and/or sales and corporate dissolutions.

Qualifications:

• J.D. and/or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the California Bar
• Experience handling corporate and business transactions, entity formation, business startups, and general business matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Minimum billable hour requirement: 1,850 per year
