A premier law firm is seeking a highly skilled Attorney to join its Debt Finance team in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience in private credit and syndicated debt finance at a peer firm, with exposure to private equity acquisition finance, liability management, or special situations finance. Representation of borrowers, lenders, or both is welcome.

Compensation:

• Base salary: $260,000 – $435,000, based on experience and qualifications
• Discretionary, performance-based bonuses

Candidate Parameters:

• J.D. class years 2017–2022
• At least some experience with private credit, syndicated debt, and exposure to private equity acquisition finance, liability management, or special situations finance
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience representing borrowers and lenders is a plus
