Qualifications:

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission or eligibility for admission in California
• 2+ years of experience in M&A, securities, venture capital, or private equity
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $260,000 – $310,000 base salary
