Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update knowledge resources, including precedents, forms, and procedures.
- Coordinate with attorneys to develop and maintain standard templates and checklists.
- Identify and implement technology-driven legal solutions (e.g., AI-based tools, document automation).
- Facilitate thought leadership through client advisories and industry updates.
- Enhance practice communication and resource accessibility.
- Support training initiatives in collaboration with Professional Development teams.
- Analyze workflow processes and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
- J.D. and 5+ years of experience in a corporate law practice (M&A, securities, venture capital preferred).
- Proficiency in legal software, including iManage and document automation tools.
- Strong project management skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Experience integrating technology solutions within a law firm environment.
