We are seeking a highly qualified mid-level attorney to join our Technology Companies group. The ideal candidate will have general experience in both working in teams and independently managing substantial components of transactions. Specific experience should include representing technology companies in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, such as early and late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and private and public offerings. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and a deal sheet are required.
