I am seeking a Sr Corporate Attorney to manage mergers & acquisitions and real estate transactions. This role offers a shortened partnership track.

Candidate Parameters:

• 10+ years experience in all facets of corporate law, particularly M&A and real estate transactions
• LLM in Taxation preferred, but not required
• Member of the California Bar in Good Standing
