    Join a dynamic Global Operations Team and make a meaningful impact! We partner with some of the world’s most innovative investors, entrepreneurs, and disruptors across industries like life sciences, private equity, real estate, technology, and finance. As a key member of the team, you will oversee work allocation, performance management, and attorney retention for Life Sciences corporate associates and professional track attorneys.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work Allocation: Manage work distribution across offices, forecast capacity, and ensure equitable distribution aligned with client needs.
    • Performance Management: Support the performance review process and offer feedback to partners and associates.
    • Advisor Program: Oversee and enhance the advisor system for new and lateral hires to improve professional development.
    • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Assist with the firm’s DEI initiatives, encouraging an inclusive environment.
    • Integration/Onboarding/Transition: Lead the onboarding for new hires and manage transitions for departing individuals.
    • Training/Development: Work with the Learning + Professional Development team to identify needs for training programs.
    • Employee Relations: Advise HR on employee relations matters and manage sensitive situations.
    • Recruitment: Support workforce planning and partner with recruiting to meet practice group goals.
    • Special Projects: Collaborate on firm-wide initiatives and streamline processes for attorney development.

    Compensation:

    • Salary Range: $170,000 - $185,000
    • Includes benefits such as flexible work arrangements, health insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans.

    Candidate Parameters:

    • Juris Doctor required; corporate transactional knowledge is a plus.
    • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an AMLAW25 law firm.
    • Strong communication skills, organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

    $170,000-$185,000 per year
