In this role, you’ll collaborate with Litigation partners, practice management teams, and cross-functional departments to oversee staffing, performance, and retention strategies. With a focus on attorney development, you'll enhance the experience across onboarding, integration, training, coaching, and career transitions.

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $129,200 - $193,900

Candidate Parameters:

• Juris Doctor required.
• 5+ years of experience in legal staffing, attorney development, or workforce planning, preferably in a large law firm environment.
• Ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities.
• Creative problem-solving and strong organizational skills.
