• Discovery Strategist: Lead the discovery phase in high-stakes plaintiffs' litigation cases, including personal injury, class actions, and toxic torts.
• Evidence Management: Oversee document review, production, and analysis to uncover key evidence that supports plaintiffs' claims.
• E-Discovery Expert: Manage e-discovery processes, utilizing technology to organize and assess large volumes of data efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborative Litigation: Work closely with trial attorneys and paralegals to build strong cases, ensuring all discovery materials align with overall litigation strategies.
• Client Interaction: Regularly communicate with plaintiffs to gather facts, provide case updates, and keep them informed about the discovery process.

Requirements:

• Licensed Attorney: Must hold a valid law degree and have an active MO or IL license.
