We are seeking a highly motivated attorney with broad experience in employment law to join our Employment and Labor practice group in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have four or more years of experience, with a focus on employment counseling, alongside litigation and transactional work. Candidates should be experienced in advising clients on employment policies, statutory and regulatory compliance, and employment and separation agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on employment policies and practices, statutory and regulatory compliance, and employment and separation agreements.
- Handle a combination of litigation, counseling, and transactional work within the employment law field.
- Mentor and assist in the development of junior associates.
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation, initiative, and strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in employment law, with a focus on counseling and litigation.
- Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
- Excellent communication, legal writing, and organizational skills.
- Current admittance to the California bar is required.
