We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Employment Law Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 0-3 years of experience in civil litigation who is passionate about employment law. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research to assist with case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft legal documents including motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Assist with mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Oversee litigation of complex class actions.
• Represent clients in court, including arguing motions, attending hearings, and participating in trials.

Applicant Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with a focus on employment law.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
• Law school journal experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
