What You’ll Do:

- Prepare comprehensive case assessments for senior attorneys.
- Educate clients about their rights and next steps with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with intake coordinators and paralegals to ensure seamless case management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) has an active bar membership.
- Proven experience in employment law or plaintiff-side litigation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume intakes while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
