Your Role:

As a Senior Attorney, you'll be at the forefront of defending and advancing the rights of employees. You'll tackle complex cases, strategize game plans, and deliver winning results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offense: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment matters.
• Defense: Representing clients in litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
• Playbook Analysis: Conducting legal research and staying ahead of the curve with the latest employment law regulations and trends.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with clients to provide counsel and develop proactive strategies to avoid potential disputes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Track Record: Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law with a preference in
• Defense work, as well as class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour.
• Strategic Thinker: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Communication Champ: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adherence to Rules: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in CA.
• Experience in defense work.
• Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour
• Litigation preferred.
