A well-established law firm is seeking an associate to join its Labor & Employment Department in the San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of relevant experience. The firm has a strong reputation for handling class and PAGA litigation matters, offering associates the chance to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of labor and employment law. The role focuses on Labor & Employment law, particularly class and representative actions, PAGA litigation, and employment counseling. Associates will work on discovery, motion practice, depositions, and compliance matters. Trial experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $225,000 - $265,000
- Compensation is based on experience, education, and market demands.

Work Expectations & Schedule:

Candidate Parameters:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Labor & Employment litigation.
- California Bar admission is required.
- Strong research, writing, and litigation skills.
- Experience with class actions, PAGA cases, and employment counseling preferred.
