Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of employment litigation experience on the defense side
• Prior Am Law 100 experience required
• Graduate from a Top 30 law school preferred
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills

About the Position:

You will manage various complex commercial matters from inception to resolution, including depositions, court appearances, settlement negotiations, trials, and appeals. We work as a unified team, often collaborating on strategy and litigation matters.

We expect attorneys to work in the office at least three days a week. Out-of-state candidates willing to relocate and take the CA bar will also be considered.
