The Houston office is seeking a mid to senior-level Associate with experience in Financing and/or M&A transactions to join the Energy and Infrastructure Projects group. Responsibilities:

• Lead and support project finance, acquisition, and disposition transactions.
• Provide strategic legal advice on energy and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-office teams to manage complex transactions.
• Draft and negotiate financing and M&A agreements.

Qualifications:

• J.D. with strong transactional experience in financing and/or M&A.
• Experience, ideally in project finance or energy and infrastructure sectors.
• High level of academic achievement and strong legal research skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and work effectively in a team setting.
