A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level Attorney with 4+ years of debt finance experience to join its Financial Services Transaction practice. The ideal candidate has experience representing lenders and borrowers in leveraged finance transactions, including:

• Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, inter-creditor agreements, security agreements, and other primary loan documents
• Managing transaction closings
• Supervising junior associates and paralegals
