About the Role:

The firm is looking for an attorney with 2–7 years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings. Experience in medical malpractice defense litigation is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar.

This practice represents a wide range of healthcare professionals, including hospitals, physicians, nurses, mental health professionals, pharmacists, and long-term care providers. The team defends clients in medical malpractice litigation across specialties such as obstetrics, emergency medicine, surgery, cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings
• Draft and argue motions in court
• Conduct witness interviews
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage case preparation for trial

Who Should Apply?
