We are seeking highly qualified attorneys (law school class years 2019–2022) to join our IP Litigation team. Qualified applicants will have top law school credentials and significant IP/patent litigation experience. An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar disciplines is highly preferred. CAFC clerkship experience is a plus, as is familiarity with PTAB disputes.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $260,000–$390,000, based on experience and qualifications.

- Clerkship Experience: CAFC clerkship experience is a plus.
