The Intellectual Property Litigation group in the New York office is seeking a mid-level associate with a Computer Science or other STEM background who is experienced in patent litigation. Patent Bar admission is a plus. A strong law firm background and a high level of academic achievement are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on patent litigation matters for clients across a range of industries.
• Provide strategic legal advice and representation in high-stakes IP litigation cases.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and execute litigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research, prepare briefs, motions, and other legal documents, and participate in discovery and trials.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in patent litigation, with expertise in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science or STEM.
• Patent Bar admission is preferred.
• Solid law firm experience and excellent academic credentials.
• Strong communication, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary expected to range between $365,000 and $390,000 annually, with actual salary determined based on experience and other relevant factors.
