An AmLaw 50 firm recognized for its outstanding workplace culture and leadership in diversity and inclusion is seeking an Attorney with 5-7 years of employment law experience to join its Labor & Employment practice group in the San Francisco office. Ideal candidates will have experience in employment litigation, including court appearances, depositions, wage and hour matters, and client counseling. A strong academic background, excellent legal writing skills, and a passion for building a practice are required.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $310,000 to $420,000 annually (depending on qualifications and experience)
- Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus

Candidate Parameters:
- Required Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in employment law
- Strong background in employment litigation, including court appearances and depositions
- Experience with wage and hour matters, class action lawsuits, and client counseling
- Experience drafting motions to compel arbitration, discovery requests, and class certification opposition
- Experience with separation agreements, offer letters, arbitration agreements, and PIIAs
- Labor due diligence on M&A deals is preferred
- Licensing: Must be admitted to the California Bar
