    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Labor & Employment Shareholder to lead and expand our client's thriving labor and employment practice. The ideal candidate will bring a portable book of business and have extensive experience advising employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including employment litigation, labor relations, and compliance issues.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage and grow the labor & employment practice, including strategic client development.
    • Advise clients on complex employment law issues, including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour compliance, and restrictive covenants.
    • Represent employers in federal and state courts, arbitration proceedings, and before administrative agencies such as the EEOC and NLRB.
    • Conduct workplace training sessions on compliance with labor laws, harassment prevention, and best employment practices.
    • Collaborate with firm leadership to drive business development initiatives and mentor junior attorneys.
    Required Qualifications
    • 10+ years of experience in labor & employment law, with a track record of handling both litigation and advisory matters.
    • Strong portable book of business ($500K+ preferred).
    • Admitted to practice in Missouri and in good standing.
    • Exceptional legal writing, negotiation, and trial advocacy skills.
    • Ability to manage a high-volume practice and mentor a team of attorneys.
