Position Overview:

• Work on high-stakes commercial and business litigation cases
• Manage complex matters from inception to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and participate in discovery processes
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial litigation or related fields
• Exceptional oral advocacy and legal writing skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

• Experience in business, real estate, employment, trusts and estates, or insurance defense
• Proven track record of managing complex cases

Schedule and Expectations:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Fully in office with flexibility
• Billable hour requirement: 1900 hours

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $215,000 (based on experience)
• Additional bonuses and incentives available
