We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Associate to join our Boston office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, and white-collar matters. This role offers an opportunity to work on high-level assignments within a dynamic and nationally prominent litigation practice.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white-collar matters, and internal investigations.
• Manage project-based tasks while balancing multiple high-level assignments.
• Produce thoughtful, high-quality work product on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of significant litigation experience.
• Experience in a comparable law firm’s Litigation Department.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• High academic achievement from a reputable law school.
