The ideal candidate will have significant experience in complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white-collar matters, and internal investigations. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white-collar matters, and internal investigations.
- Manage and oversee junior associates and business professionals while delivering high-quality work products.
- Work on project-based assignments and handle multiple high-level matters simultaneously.

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of significant litigation experience, preferably in a comparable law firm’s litigation department.
- Strong ability to multi-task and produce thoughtful, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with and overseeing junior associates and business professionals.
- JD from a nationally recognized law school with high academic achievement.
