We are seeking a motivated attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to join our team. This is a full-time remote role for a Litigation Attorney. The Associate will be responsible for attending court hearings, conducting legal research, drafting legal motions, taking and defending depositions, and other litigation-related tasks as needed. Candidates must be licensed in California and have strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Compensation: Up to $200,000 d.o.e.
Benefits: 401(k), health/dental insurance, and vacation/sick leave
Schedule: Fully remote, Monday-Friday, with a 1950 billable hour requirement
