About the Role: As a Medical Malpractice Defense Associate Attorney, you'll handle a dynamic caseload of medical malpractice litigation, working closely with experienced trial attorneys known for their expertise and success in defending healthcare providers, hospitals, and related entities.

Responsibilities Include:

• Actively participating in all stages of litigation, from initial discovery through trial.

• Conducting depositions and witness preparation.

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Collaborating effectively with senior attorneys and litigation teams.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of litigation experience, with strong preference for direct medical malpractice defense experience.

• Admission to the Missouri Bar, or eligibility to waive in promptly.

• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
