Role Overview

We're seeking a dedicated attorney with civil litigation experience to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical malpractice or insurance defense, though all civil litigation experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and defend depositions, including expert witnesses
• Draft and respond to discovery requests
• Prepare legal documents and appear for hearings
• Provide client reporting and strategic advice
• Demonstrate strong analytical and proactive skills
