• Proven ability to manage cases independently
• Strong deposition and motion practice skills
• Trial experience (a plus, but not required)

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• Ability to effectively litigate cases remotely
