Responsibilities: • Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action • Work closely with support staff to ensure a top-tier client experience • Effectively and efficiently handle a caseload of over 100+ personal injury cases • Negotiate and resolve pre-suit cases in a timely manner for top-dollar • Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action • Be able to appropriately communicate with clients • Appear in court on behalf of clients • Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies Qualifications: • Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience • Experience in the personal injury field is a plus • Familiarity with Litify is a plus • Must currently be barred in good standing in South Carolina • Trial experience a plus Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 yearly
