Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities are to build confidence affirming they made the right choice at Attorney Engagement Meeting, verify their plan, gather designations, and oversee client experience. • Conduct Attorney Engagement Meetings with clients, assess their needs, and develop strategies to meet Estate Planning needs, Medicaid benefits, probate, and guardianship needs. • Show compassion when interacting with clients to earn their trust and build confidence. • Educate the client and answer questions to ensure understanding of the plan. • Gather needed information including client details, designations, and confirm referrals. Provide these meeting details within 48 hours of the Attorney Engagement to assigned Paralegal. • Serve as the point of contact for client legal questions that require an Attorney. • Update the CRM system with meeting or call details on every interaction. • Follow up with clients to maintain relationships. • Manage caseload with minimal oversight and work directly with legal team members to ensure clients’ goals are met within the expected timeframe. • Provide excellent service to ensure the client has an exceptional client experience. • Seek opportunities for continuous learning to keep up to date with legal issues affecting our areas of practice. • Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: • Attorney admitted to the Georgia Bar and in good standing. • Experience as an attorney, preferably related to one or more of the firm’s practice areas. • Excellent communication skills, including using appropriate tone and professionalism when engaging with clients. • Strong ethical compass. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • A self-starter with a positive attitude, resilient emotional intelligence, strong work ethic, and good judgment. • Strong negotiation skills, including the willingness and ability to reconcile differences and find mutual wins. • Attention to detail. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 base + Incentives
